We use our consultants to deliver the insights and in-depth analysis of significant projects, trends, innovations, new technology, , and products essential to competing in today's global marketplace. We look at your capabilities and capacities. We evaluate your resources and needs. These are important decisions that need to be weighed for allocating resources to your project or organization. The final result will be an indicator of your needs. We address training for Operation Managers and Human Resource with formal training and presentations.

Construction:LGD Design & Construction enables the process of adding a structure to your property. The vast majority of our building construction projects are renovations, addition of a room, renovation or addition of a bathroom, flooring, and new construction. Often, we will acts as laborer, paymaster, and design team for the entire project. Building construction projects entail some elements - design, financial, and legal considerations. Our projects vary size. We make detailed plans and maintain careful oversight during the project to ensure a positive outcome.

Building construction is procured privately or publicly utilizing various delivery methodologies, including hard bid, negotiated price, traditional, management contracting, construction management-at-risk, design & build and design-build bridging.

              LGD provides the three most common types of procurement:

                     3. Management Contracting

LGD Design Innovations is taking steps in 2009 to reduce waste. We are incorporating Design, Construction, and Consulting to deliver new cost effective programs to insure quality and going green.
